Inevitably, due to the Coronavirus situation, we’re having to cancel all three races in the 2020 series
Everyone who has an entry automatically has a place in the race on the equivalent dates in 2021. So your choices are:
1. If you can race on Wednesdays 5/12/19th May 2021 then you don’t need to do anything, you don’t need to tell us. Your place is secured and we look forward to seeing you next year. We would prefer that you choose this option if you possibly can, as it will help us to ensure the race is staged again next year.
2. If you can’t race on the 5/12/19th May next year, you can claim a refund. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘JOHN CARR REFUND’. We will refund you in full. It may take up to 20 working days for the funds to credit your account as RaceBest are currently processing numerous cancelled races for organisers nationwide.
We hope that you are able to stick with us and race next year
In the meantime, look after yourself and your loved ones, and stay safe. Keep your social connections as well as your physical distance.
